had I known, I would have been there for my Uncle Larry. Uncle Larry, through my life as a kid and young adult played a big role in my life. I still remember getting a note from Larry saying this: "You are the best nephew an uncle could have" . He was my hero as a young boy, My grandmother said were were more like brothers than uncle and Nephew. He is with her now, along with my grandfather and my cousin Keith Lockridge (again, had I known I would have been there for Keith too). Not sure what happen to the family, as I was never really around the Alabama side, except for Keith for a short while. But, I did get to know Jerry Lockridge, whom is a great guy as well. Jerry is the only man in the family that tried his best to bring the family together. though he did not succeed, he is a great man for trying. Kennith, I still have the Alabama belt buckle he made with his hands. god Bless, and I hope god will heal your spirits as you will set all together at gods table and love, laugh and be a family again.
