MY HEART GOES OUT TO ALL OF YOU STEVE,GREG,LISA AND TODD. I KNOW YOU WILL MISS YOUR DAD BUT, HE IS IN HEAVEN NOW I HAVE NO DOUBT. I LOVED DON SO MUCH. HE WAS SUCH A WONDERFUL DEAR FRIEND. HE HAS BEEN THERE FOR ME SO MANY TIMES. REMEMBER ALL THE FUN WE HAD WHEN YOU KIDS WERE YOUNG. MY KIDS STILL TALK ABOUT OUR GET TOGETHERS. YOU KIDS WERE BLESSED TO HAVE DON AS YOUR DAD. YOU ARE ALL IN MY PRAYERS. LOVE YOU ALL. MAY DON REST IN PEACE. HE WILL BE MISSED BY ALL.

My mind is in shock & my heart is broken. I had a close relationship with Don. I spent a lot of time with him & worked hard with him on the farm. He bought me my first horse, a wild spirited black & white paint I named Ashlee. I loved riding Ashlee & Jackson, his black Tennessee Walker. His farm was one of my favorite places to be & definitely his favorite place, besides Waffle House. He even tried to teach me how to build a house once. He was a good & giving man to everyone he knew. I will miss him always. My heart hurts for his family and my thoughts & prayers are with them. Luv u Don!
