Willena Catherine Thomason Greeson, age 93 of Chatsworth passed away August 1, 2022, at Regency Park surrounded by her family.
Preceded in death by her husband Craig Greeson; parents, Guy and Floy Marie Walker Thomason; daughter, and son-in-law Cathy and Joel Young; son-in-law Steve Gordon; brothers, David, and Julian Thomason. brother-in-law Huston Smith and Burly Withrow.
Survived by daughter, Kaye Gordon of Chatsworth; son Kim Greeson of Tucson AZ; grandchildren, Zack and Ashley Gordon of Panama City FL, Kaylan Gordon of Dalton, Zane and Raegan Gordon of Dallas GA, Ryan Greeson of Tucson AZ, Erica Landry, Diamond Head MS, Kelly Haas of Albany GA; special great-granddaughter, Raylan, and several other great-grandchildren also survive; sisters and brother in law, Betty Withrow, Sandra and Milford Hayes of Warner Robbins GA, Marsha Thomason Traywick of Dalton; several nieces and nephew and cousins also survive.
A service to honor the life of Willena Greeson will be 3 pm on Thursday, August 4, 2022, in the chapel of Shawn Chapman Funeral Home, with Rev. George Ross officiating. Interment will be in The Chattanooga National Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, August 4, 2022, from 1 pm to 3 pm.
