Mr. Willard Jess Jackson, age 79, passed away Wednesday, August 25, 2021.

Willard is preceded in death by his parents, John Wesley and Flarancie Jackson: and all his brothers and sisters: daughter, Telena Lynn Jackson Barton.

He is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Peggy Jackson: son, Thomas Jackson: daughter and son in law Genia and Terry Davis: grandchildren Crystal Davis, Michael, and Courtney Garner: Cameron and Mary Davis, Jessica and Daniel Smith, Great-grandchildren, Gabbie and Ellie Garner, Delilah Jane Davis, Emelia Smith: sister in law, Betty Jackson: son in law Scott Barton several nieces, nephews, and cousin also survive.

The funeral service for Mr. Jackson will be Saturday, August 28, 2021, at 11 am in the chapel of Shawn Chapman Funeral Home with Lamar and Johnny Beason officiating. Interment will be in the Holly Creek Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, August 27, 2021, from 5 pm to 9 pm.
