Vickie Lynn Dean

Vickie Dean, age 61, went home to be with the Lord on April 28, 2022,
Vickie was a member of Holly Creek Baptist Church and a member of the graduating class of 1977 Murray County High School. She was an educator for 23 years in the Murray County School System and Gordon County School.
Vickie is preceded in death by her father Glenn Johnson; grandparents A.J. and Effie Lee Callahan, Ben, and Mary Baynes Johnson.
Survived by her loving husband of 42 years, Jimmy Dean; son and daughter in law, Justin and Samantha Dean, daughter, and son in law Stephanie and Kelby Holbrook; grandchildren, Archer and Ireland Dean; mother, Betty Jean Johnson; sister and brother in law, Joyce and Robin Stanley, nieces, nephews, and cousins also survived.
A funeral service to honor the life of Vickie Dean will be Saturday, April 30, 2022, at 2:00 pm at Holly Creek Baptist Church, with Rev. Danny Cochran and Rev. Shane Parrott. Interment will be in the New Hope Kilgore Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Funeral Home on Friday, April 29, 2022, from 5 pm to 8 pm.
