Tonya Lou Jones, age 56, of Cohutta, passed away Thursday, August 17, 2023, at her residence surrounded by her loving family.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Bill Jones, and Jimmie Lou McDowell; grandmother, Janice Parker; Uncle Earnest Parker.
She is survived by her daughter, Kisha Mowery, Tasha Carter, Taylor Jones, and Dessie Jones; son Toby Keener; brothers, Billy Jones, Shawn and Christy McDowell; sisters, Tammy Hamilton, Betty Crider, and Darlene Gladden; Several nieces and nephews that loved her very much also survived.
At her request, she was to be cremated. A family memorial service is being planned for a future date.
