Thurman James Collins, “Jim” age 46, went home to be with the Lord, Wednesday, August,10,2022, surrounded by his loving family.

Jim is preceded in death by his grandparents, James Earl and Shirley Ann Deems, Thurman Fredrick Collins; grandchild, Kelly Lillian Faith Collins/Stamper; uncle Roger Deems.

Survived by his children, James Allen Collins, Thurman James Collins “TJ” both of Dalton, Briana Collins of Kentucky; parents, Steve and Debra Collins of Chatsworth; grandchildren, Robbie Dale Collins III, Raiden Elijah Glen Collins, Kinslee Renea Paige Collins; sisters and brothers-in-law, Alicia and Chris Moser of Resaca, Michelle and Terry Davidson of Calhoun, Melissa and Cleo Miller of Dalton; grandmother, Louise Parris of Jasper; A special girlfriend, Tammy Miller of Chatsworth, several aunts, uncle, nieces, and nephews, and cousins also survive.

A celebration of life service to honor Jim Collins's life will be at 2 pm on Sunday, August 14, 2022, with Bro. Charles Bailey officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, August 13, 2022, from 4 pm to 8 pm.
