Sybil Ruth Edwards, age 80, of Chatsworth, passed away Saturday, February 3, 2024 at her residence.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Edd and Beulah Blankenship; brothers, Roy, Harold, and Bud Blankenship; sisters, Irene Howard, Ina Lou Patterson, Ruby Jones, Minnie Bowen, and Sis Lowery.
She is survived by her sons, Glenn Edwards, and Gary Edwards, and daughter and son-in-law, Lisa and David Gribble; grandchildren, Stephanie and Caleb Gass, Savannah Edwards, Lindsay Gribble, and Whitney Gribble; special niece, Kathy Wilbanks, several nieces, nephew, and cousins also survive,
A service to honor the life of Sybil Ruth Edwards will be at 5 pm on Sunday, February 4, 2024, with Rev. Matthew Harris officiating. The interment will be in the Mount Carmel Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday. February 4, 2024, from 2 pm to 5 pm.
