Sarah Jane Harris

Mrs. Sarah Jane Harris, age 66, of Resaca, passed away on March 31, 2021, at Advent Gordon Hospital in Calhoun surrounded by her family.

She is preceded in death by her parents,  Marvin and Edith Brookshire, brothers, Buell Brookshire and Ray Brookshire.

Survivors include her husband of 48 years, Randall Harris of the residence: daughters, Angela Pittman of Resaca and Brandy Arhart of Jasper, GA: sons and daughter in law, Anthony "Bo" and Malinda Harris from Jasper, TN., Paul Harris and Justin Harris, both of Resaca: brothers and sisters in law, William Lee and Emily Brookshire of Resaca, Michael and Daisy Brookshire of Dalton: sisters, Martha Nell Pennington of Oneida, TN., and Joyce Ghorley of Chatsworth: sister in law, Jean Brookshire of Chatsworth: several nieces and nephews also survive.

A special Thank You to the medical team at Advent Health Gordon for the care you gave our mother.

A memorial service will Saturday, April 3,2021 at 7 pm in the chapel of Shawn Chapman Funeral Home with Rev. Walter Hare officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from  5 pm to 7 pm.
