Samuel " Edward" Babb, age,89, passed away November 28, 2020, surrounded by his family.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Sam and Pearl Babb: sisters Pat Patty, Frances Calahan, brother Calvin Babb: wives Elsie Babb, Lucille Babb, Waunita Babb.

Survived by his children and spouses, Guy and Pauline Babb, of Burlington VT, Martha Hall of Dalton, Ricky and Linda Babb, of Chatsworth, Susan and Kenny Owens of Crandall, and Jenny Hayes of Chatsworth: step-children and spouses Robert and Anita Young, Jane and James Adams, Grace and William Howard, George and Sharon Young, Sam and Kathy Young, Kathy and Ralph Ridley Jr.Reba and Chris Mealer all of Chatsworth: grandchildren and spouses, Brian and Tiffney Hall, Chris Owen, April Crow, Melinda, and Jamie Flood, Daniel Hayes, Timothy, and Angie Hayes, Krista and Adam Tankersley.

The funeral service for Mr. Babb will be Tuesday, December 1, 2020, at 2 PM in the chapel of Shawn Chapman Funeral Home with Rev Alan Pacheco and Clyde Panter officiating.. Interment will be in the Fairview Cemetery in Rocky Face. The family will be receiving friends, at the funeral home on Tuesday from 10 am to the funeral hour,
