Roscoe Phillips Sr., age 81, of Helenwood TN passed away Sunday, September 3, 2023.
He is preceded by his wife, Dessie Phillips; sons, Roscoe Phillps Jr., and Troy Phillips; parents, Odell, and Ellaree Phillips; and 5 siblings.
He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Sandy, and Randy Usrey, sons, Ronnie, and Jonathon Phillips; grandchildren, Daniel and Nicholas Usrey, Ashley Bosarge, Amanda Witt, Heather Byrd, Josh Phillips, Christopher Swanson, and Kyleigh and Craig Ray; 9 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews also survive.
There will be no services at this time.
