Mrs. Pamela Hooker, age 61, of the Dawnville Community, passed away on November 25, 2021.
Pamela was the Senior Vice Commander of the American Legion, Post 167. She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Hershel and Mable Meadows, Red Worley, Roscoe and Florence Peace: father, J B. Peace: daddy, Dale Worley: brother in law, Rocky Hooker: father and mother in law, Carl and Mary Hooker.
She is survived by her loving husband of 31 years, Rick Hooker of the residence: daughters, Crystal Hooker of Dalton, and Melanie Hooker of Portland, OR: mother, Margaret Worley of Corbin, KY.: brothers, Don, Jim and Paul Peace of Corbin KY, and Tracy Peace of Savannah, GA: brother in law and sister in law, Ronnie and Zoe Hooker, sister in law and brother in law, Carolyn and Terry Jenkins. Several nieces and nephews and cousins also survive: and all the American Legion Family, fur baby, Lucky.
The funeral service for Mrs. Hooker will be Sunday, November 28, 2021, at 3 PM, in the chapel of Shawn Chapman Funeral Home with Steven Cameron officiating. Interment will be in Harrison cemetery of Chatsworth. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday from 11 am until the funeral hour at 3.
