Mr. Odis L. Johnson, age 91, passed away peacefully on Friday, November 28, 2025, at his residence, surrounded by his family.
He is preceded in death by his parents, J.B. and Mary Baynes Johnson; brothers, Theodore and Genieve Johnson, Albert and Gussie Johnson, Glen Johnson; sister, Wilene and Bill Thomason; niece, Vickie Johnson Dean.
He is survived by his wife of 69 years, Effie Stanley Johnson; daughter, Karen and Michael Wyatt, and Lisa Johnson; granddaughter, Heather Wyatt; sister in law, Betty Jean Johnson; special friends, James “Jimmy” Blackwell, Lamar and Ida Nell Jenkins, Dale and Shirley Puryear; several nieces and nephews also survive.
At his request, there is to be no service.
