Norma Hughes Obituary

Norma Jean Hughes, age 86 passed away Thursday, August 20, 2020, surrounded by her large loving family.

Mrs. Hughes is preceded in death by her husband, Nelson Hughes: father, Earnest Abrams; mother, Nora Winkler: stepfather Archie Winkler: son, Terry Hughes: brother Raymond Abrams: Twin sister, Irene Hall: sister, Armilda Lowe: great-great-granddaughter, Brooklynn Hughes.

She is survived by her daughter and son in law Glenda and Terry Greene: sister, Babe Hughes: grandsons and spouses, Steve and Joyce Hughes and Tim and Kizz Hughes: she has 5 great-grandchildren and 8 great-great-grandchildren 14 great-great-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and cousins also survive.

Services for Mrs. Hughes will be held Monday, August 24, 2020, at 2 pm at The Church of God of The Union Assembly in Chatsworth GA. with Pastor Jason Bell officiating. The interment will be at the West Hill Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends two days Saturday, August 22, 2020, and Sunday, August 23, 2020, at the funeral home from 5 pm to 9 pm,
