Mounir Solomon Douhne Obituary

Mr. Mounir Solomon Douhne, age 78, passed away peacefully at his residence on February 12, 2021.

Preceded in death by his parents, Solomon Douhne and Sheka Abdou: brother David Douhne, Nasser Douhne: sister, Dola Douhne, Layla Douhne.

Mounir is survived by a loving wife of 57 years, Nadia Douhne: children and spouses Nawal and Ahmad Aublaban, Nina and Issa Abdo, Sahar and Tareq Abdo, Soloman and Beth Douhne,  Summer and Kenton Taylor: blessed with sixteen grandchildren: brothers and sister-in-laws  Nassry and Terez Douhne, Rev. Solomon and Widad Douhne: sister Mona Serritt.

The funeral services for Mr. Douhne will be February 16, 2021at 2 pm in the chapel of Shawn Chapman Funeral Home, with Rev, Soloman Douhne, and John Everitt officiating. The family will be receiving friends from 12 pm to 2  pm at the funeral hour. Interment will be in the United Memorial Gardens in Dalton GA.

The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home on Monday, February 15, 2021, from 6 pm to 9 pm. also on February 16, 2021, from 12 pm to 2 pm 

In lieu of flowers make donations to Shawn Chapman Funeral Home for Mr. Douhne's final expenses.
