Mindy Shay Cox, age 49, passed away on Tuesday, August 15, 2023, at Hamilton Medical Center, surrounded by her loving family.
She is preceded in death by her father, Horace Kitchings, and grandparents, Gerald, and Myrl Manning of Dalton. Recently she lost her special pet of sixteen years, Lewis
Mindy is survived by her beloved son, Logan Manning Yates, and his fiance Mattie of Chattanooga TN. She also leaves behind her loving and caring mother, Vickie Kitchings; stepfather, John Bricker; A cherished brother Aaron Kitchings and his fiance Renee, She also had a special bond with her aunt, Deloris Hefner.
Mindy’s warmth, kindness, and love will be dearly missed by all that knew her. Her legacy lives on through the memories that family and friends share. Especially with her love of flowers.
