Michael Stephen Belcher,76, of Daytona Beach, Florida, and formerly of Dalton, passed away on February 05, 2026.

Mike was preceded in death by his parents, Horace and Esther Belcher, and two sisters, Brenda Kilgore and Glenda Corley, both of Dalton, and one brother, Lamar Belcher of Chatsworth.

Mike is survived by a special niece that he raised as his own daughter, Heather Corley of Daytona Beach, Florida. One sister, Sherry (Dick) Callaway, of Sarasota, Florida, and
one brother, David (Billie) Belcher of Chatsworth, along with several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews, whom he loved very much.

Mike was a member of both Salem Baptist Church and Welcome Hill Baptist Church before moving to Florida and joining First Baptist Daytona Beach. Mike loved his
Georgia Bulldogs, especially football.

Funeral services for Mike will be held at 11 am on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, in the chapel of Shawn Chapman Funeral Home with Cory Carden and Rev. Randy Postell officiating. Pallbearers for his service are his great nephews. The family will receive friends on Monday, February,9,2026 from 5 pm to 8 pm and prior to the service. Following the funeral service, Michael will be laid to rest at West Hill. Cemetery.
