Melissa Ann Cochran age 42 of Chatsworth passed away at her residence surrounded by her loved ones.

She is preceded in death by the father of her son, Heath Cochran; dad, Robert Walker; grandparents Roy and Vola England and Elizabeth Walker; special cousins Vickie Norris and Tessa Southerland; special friend April Roper; aunt Eva Human and uncle Eddy England.

She is survived by her son Gavin Cochran; mother Judy Walker; brother Stephen(Brittany) Walker; grandfather Richard Walker; aunts Rose Jones, Royce Bustle, Shirley Ooten, Donna Quinn, and Debbie Davis; uncle, Dennis England and a host of friends and relatives that she loved very much.

A memorial service to honor the life of Melissa Cochran will be held Sunday December 15, 2024 at 3pm in the chapel of Shawn Chapman Funeral Home with reverend Danny Cochran officiating. The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home from 1pm to 3pm. In lieu of flowers please make donations to the American Cancer Society Murray county division in her name.
