Mary Jean Smith Jackson, age 74, of Chatsworth, passed away on Monday, October 4, 2021, at her residence surrounded by her loving family.

Jean was born on July 15, 1947, in Fort Payne AL. She is preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Mary Smith: brother Phillip Smith: sisters, Carolyn Parrish,and Teresa Smith: niece Michaela Smith.

Jean is survived by her sister and brother-in-law Lesia and Andy Smith of Dawnville; brothers and sisters in law, Mike and Annette Smith of Dawnville, Bruce and Felisha Smith of Chatsworth: brothers Tony and Larry Smith of Chatsworth: numerous nieces and nephews also survive.

Jean loved her family with all of her heart and showed them every day of her life. She will be greatly missed by all of us. "Till we meet again in heaven".

Mrs. Jackson's wishes were to be cremated. The family will hold a private memorial service at a later date, to celebrate the life of our sweet sister
