Heaven gained another angel on February 5th, 2024, when Martha Ewart passed away suddenly at her home.
Martha was the daughter of the late John Will and Hazel McFalls Flowers. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Edward Ewart: paternal grandparents, John and Lula Thomas Flowers: maternal grandparents, Elmer and Oni Mae Manis McFalls: brothers, Lawrence and Jerry Lee Flowers: and great-niece, Meagan Gendron.
Survivors include daughter, Jennifer Hannon of Lawrenceville, Georgia: sister, Barbara O'Brien: and nephew, Lawrence Flowers, Jr. of Dalton: niece, Vickie Lea Flowers, of Athens, TN: and great nephew, Nicklas Gendron of Knoxville, TN: Several cousins and friends also survive.
Martha was a member of a small group of ladies at Rock Bridge Ministries.
A memorial service to celebrate the life of Martha Ewert will be Sunday, February 25, at 3:00 pm at Martha's home 4843 Riverside Dr. SE Dalton 30721. Earth's loss is truly Heaven's gain.
