Lucille "Susie" Fox

Mrs. Lucille Fox, age 88, of Chatsworth, passed away April 17, 2019, at her residence.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 56 years: Clifford "Tip" Fox,  parents:  Marion and Minnie Butler Thompson, sisters and brothers in law: Estelle and James Gordon, Dora and Samuel Walls,Leola and L.H. Kilgore, Beulah and Grover Kilgore, brothers and sisters in law: Malcolm and Frances Thompson, Creed and Betty Thompson, brothers in law and sisters in law:  Pauline and Otis Burger, Hugh and Grethel Fox, Annie and Sam Chastain.

She is survived by a sister in law: Fannie Cochran, special caregivers: Rachel and Markey Crowe, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral service for Suzie will be Saturday, April 20, at 2 PM in the chapel of Shawn Chapman Funeral Home with Amos Ridley, C J. Walls, and Harold Ridley officiating.  Interment will be in New Hope  Kilgore Cemetery.  The family will receive friends on Saturday beginning at 10 AM until the funeral hour.  

In lieu of flowers, you may make donations to the Murray County Veterans Park or New Hope Church Cemetery Fund.  Special thanks to Regency Hospice for their loving care during her sickness.
