Loren "LT" Thomas

Loren R. Thomas, age 79, better known to his friends as LT passed away on August 10, 2020, surrounded by his loving family.

LT enjoyed spending time with his family, helping friends, fishing and mowing grass on his John Deere. He never met a stranger.
He was preceded in death by his father, Archie Lester Thomas: mother, Sara Catherine Baughman: wife, Brenda Thomas: sister, Joy Cornelius: brothers, Dale Thomas and Ray Thomas.
Loren is survived by his daughters and sons-in-law, Karen and Steve Colley of Cleveland TN and Tracy and Stacy Harper of Thomaston GA: sisters, Marilyn Thomas, Gloria Cole: brother and sister in law Virgil and Carla Thomas: sister and brother in law Dawn and Tom Taylor: sister in law Jane Thomas grandchildren, Kaylie Campbell, Colby, and Whitney Campbell, Jake Harper, Jesslyn Harper, and Cheyenne Colley: great grandchild, Embry Campbell.LT left behind many special friends, including his church family of Chatsworth Church of Christ. 

Mr. Thomas served his country as a United States Marine 
The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home on Thursday, August 13, 2020, from 1 PM to 3 PM, A graveside service will be held at 4 PM at Fort Hill Veteran Cemetery in Cleveland TN. Mr. Thomas served his country proudly, as a United States Marine and will have military rites.
