Larry Jerome Epperson Obituary
Mr. Larry Jerome Epperson, age 77, of Dalton, passed away at his residence on Tuesday, December 5, 2023,
Larry served in the United States Army during the Vietnam Era; as SP4 served in Germany.
He is preceded in death by his parents, George W. and Irene Barnett Epperson; brothers, Erwin, Harlen, Billy, and William "Dub" Epperson; and a special friend Vera Shipman.
He is survived by his daughters, Shelly Epperson Napier and Donna Lynn Evans ; stepdaughters, Cindy Salinas, and Jaqueline Vaughn; granddaughters, Latasha Collins, Ashley Blevins, and Shelby Salinas; grandson, Joshua Short; eight great-grandchildren, Caydence, Brynlie, Cheyanne, Kain, Michiko, Akio Johnney, Hazel; sister, Pat Beavers
A service to honor the life of Larry Jerome Epperson will be at 2 pm Sunday, December 10, 2023, in the Chapel of Shawn Chapman Funeral Home with Rev. Terry Branson officiating. The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m.
