LaKeisha Plemons Obituary

LaKeisha "Kia" Plemons, age 38, of Chatsworth, passed away Tuesday, November, 30,2021 at Piedmont Healthcare in Atlanta, surrounded by her loving family.

LaKeisha is preceded in death by her grandparents, Bud and Mary Plemons, Durell and Rosetta Jane Carver: grandmother Betty Jane Johnson: father of her son Grayson Bartley, Jason Bartley.

Survived by her twin brother and sister in law Richey and Jessica: sons, Grayson Maddox Bartley and Nico Charlie Plemons: parents, Rickey and DeeDee Plemons niece and daughter that she never had, Mia Cadence Plemons: a special friend, that she thought of as a sister, Tara McCarty: fiancee, Eric Owensby: lots of special brothers and sisters that she grew up with, and several aunts and uncles also survive.

A celebration of life will be Saturday, December 4, 2021, at 10 am in the chapel of Shawn Chapman Funeral Home with Rev. Jeremy Southers officiating.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday, December 3, 2021, from 5 pm to 9 pm.
