Kristal Telisha King, age 42, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, October 9, 2025.


She is preceded in death by her father, Johnny Mozingo, and her grandchild, Atlas Wattenbarger.


She is survived by her loving husband, Marshall King; daughter and son -in-law, Madison and Logan Wattenburger, son, Kholton Mozingo, daughter, Nevaeh King; grandchildren, Nathaniel Wattenbarger and Emma Wattenbarger; mother, Betty Claxton; brother and sister in law, Bobby and Valerie Nuyen, sister and brother in law, Suzie and Steve Childers, brothers, Steven and Corey Rice; sister, Veronica Hope; sister in law, Veronica Walton; bother and sister in law, Bruce and Elizabeth King, mother in law, Linda King; special friend, Stacy Rogers; several, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins also survive 


A funeral Service to honor the life of Kristal King will be at 3 p.m. on Monday, October 13, 2025, in the chapel of Shawn Chapman Funeral Home with Pastors Jeff Johnson and Dwayne Payne officiating. The interment will be in the Liberty Tabernacle Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made toward her final expenses.


The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, October 13, 2025, from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m.
