Julia Roberta Dill age 88 step through the gates of Heaven on May the 2, 2025 surrounded by her loving family. Finally free of all of her pain and suffering. Julia was born September 26,1936 in Ocoee, Tennessee. She was a long time residence of Chatsworth Georgia. Julia was a loving mother and a devoted grandmother. Julia was an avid reader. She spent all of her free time reading romance novels and watching cooking shows on TV. Julia was proceeded in death by her loving parents Austin and Mary Ash, husband of 56 years D.A. Dill, sister Alice Ash, brother Samuel Ash, and great-grandson Austin McAfee. She is survived by her beautiful daughters and spouses Renee (Wesley) Baynes and Andra (Tommy) Cleary. Grandchildren Robert Whitman, Aimee Bryant, Raina Camp, Sean and Amanda Elrod. Seven bonus grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, seven great great grandchildren, one nephew Dwight Ash and 2 grandpups Jasper and Dotty. Pallbearers; Robert Whitman, Sean Elrod, Riana West, Jaykob Baker, Mark Manis, Darren Long and two honorary Pallbearers; Kayla Whitman, Myla Brown. Funeral services for Mrs. Dill will be Monday May 5, 2025 from 10 until 2:00. Family visitation will be from 10:00 and to 11:00. Family will receive friends from 11:00 to 2:00 p.m. . Services will be held in the chapel of Shawn Chapman funeral home at 2:00 p.m. with brother Shane Pierce officiating. Burial will follow at Sumach Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
