Joyce Arlene Scott Obituary
Mrs. Joyce Arlene Scott, age 62, passed away Tuesday, August 14, 2024, in Hamilton Medical Center surrounded by her loving family.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Hansel and Stella Burnette; and brother Terry Burnette.
She is survived by her loving husband, Donny Scott of Chatsworth, son, Dr. Brandon Scott (Kara)of Lexington KY; daughter, Mechelle Dalzell (Jimmy) of Rocky Face; brother Preston Burnette of Chatsworth; grandchildren, Piper Dalzell, and Sidney Cartledge of Rocky Face, Hudson and Grady Scott of Lexington KY.
A service to honor the life of Joyce Arlene Scott will be at 1 pm on August 17, 2024, in the chapel of Shawn chapman Funeral Home with Rev. Bobby Green officiating. The interment will be at the Maranatha Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, August 16, 2024, from 5 pm to 9 pm.
