Mrs. Joyce Collins of Chatsworth passed away on Friday,  December 27, 2024 at her home surrounded by her girls.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Collins; parents,. John and Laurie Wright; son, Ray Collins; and brother, Linwood Wright.

She is survived by her daughters, Sandy Collins and Jan(Bryan) Wilbanks; grandson, Kevin Collins; grand daughter, Kelly(Chris) Watson; great grandsons, Hayden Hudson and Holcomb Collins and Camden and Channing Watson; sister in law, Evelyn Collins; and several nieces and nephews.

She was an awesome mom, granny, and great-granny to her family.

A service to honor the life of Joyce Collins will be held on Tuesday, December 31, 2024 at 1 pm in the chapel of Shawn Chapman Funeral Home with Reverend Chris Watson and Brother Charlie Hamm officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on, Monday,  December 30, 2024 from 5 to 8pm and Tuesday,  December 31, 2024 from 11am to 1pm. Interment will be at Fellowship Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery in Statesboro, GA.
