Josephine Daves Cook, age 73, gained her angel wings on Thursday, April 17, 2025, surrounded by her loved one.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Dallas and Mary Daves; husband, Bennie Cook; sister, Carol Miles; and great-grandchild, Tallulah Grace Radford.

She is survived by her children, Vickie and Larry Radford of Talking Rock, GA, Joy Howe of Chatsworth; grandchildren, Lawrence and Cheyenne Radford, Justin and Emma Radford, Hannah Pass and Austin Pass, Breanna Howe; great-grandchildren, Braylon. Kaison, Camden Radford, and Madelynn Radford, as well as several brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, and cousins, also survive.

A service to honor the life of Josephine Daves Cook will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday, April 20, 2025, at A Place to Worship, with Rev. Jeff Johnson and Rev. Jamie Kerr officiating. The interment will be at the Flat Creek Cemetery in Ellijay, GA. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, April 19, 2025, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
