Mrs. Johanna Hayes, age 62 of Chatsworth, passed away Monday, February 19, 2024.

She is preceded in death by her father, Joe Lowery, and mother Shirley Spivey.

She is survived by her husband, Stacy Hayes; step-mother, Mary Lowery; children and spouses, Amanda and Darrell Osborne, Bryan and Andrea Dilbeck, Derik Dilbeck and Brenda Collins and Dustin Dilbeck; grandchildren and spouses, Davey Osborne, Haley Osborne and Cole Moore, Adara and Josh Boatwright, Kain and Aisa Osborne, Kaoss Osborne and Haley Lewis, Aisley Osborne and RanQuez Washington, Malaki, Aisha. Havok, and Lyric Osborne, Brea Aileen, and Corbin Lane Dilbeck; great-grandchildren, Karisma and Nyla Boatwright, Marley Osborne, Cash Ball, Crue and, Luna Waldon Dawson Moore, Lyla, and Motley Osborne; brother and sister in law, Michael; and Darlene Carroll; and  Eric and Jamie Adams; sister, Kim Haswell; brother in law and sister in law  Mark and Anita Hayes; nieces, Amber and Ashley Hayes, Brittany, Allie, and Kaylyn, and Alysa Adams; nephew, Jarrod Haswell; aunt and uncle, Helen and Darrell Whaley.

A service to honor the life of Johanna Hayes will be at 2 pm Friday, February 23, 2024, in the chapel of Shawn Chapman Funeral Home, with Shane Williams officiating. The interment will be in the Holly Creek Baptist Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, February 23, 2024 from 11 am to 2 pm
