Joann Silvers Tweed age 88 of Chatsworth passed away at her residence on January 14, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.

She is preceded in death  by her parents; Alfred and Pauline Silvers; brothers, Sam and Johnny Silvers, sisters: Mary Lou Harrison, Hazel Brown, Katherine Sosebee, and Judy Hall.

She is survived by her sisters, Susie Ridley, and Juanita Greene; daughter and son-in-law, Teresa and Kenny Noland; son and daughter-in-law, Kenneth and Kim Tweed; grandchildren, Brian Terry, Amy and Andy Buckner, Kenya and Jeremy Ryan, Cody, and Audrey Tweed; great-grandchildren, Baili and Cody Slade, Beau Buckner and Leanne Ledford Alyssa and Wally Underwood, Chris, Alex, Theo, and Rebecca Ryan, Korra, Norra, Leon, and Branok Tweed; great-great-grandchildren, Wrenlee Underwood, Peyton Slade, Fender Slade, Theo Slade, Kambria Buckner, Brantley Buckner; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins and special friend Faye Hambright.
A service to honor the life of Joann Tweed will be at 2 pm Thursday, January 16, 2025, with Shane Williams officiating. The interment will be in the Faith Worship Cemetery,
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, January 15, 2025, from 5 pm to 8 pm.
