Mr. Jerry Lamar Blaylock, age 61, of Chatsworth, passed away Tuesday, June 22, 2021, at his residence.

He is preceded in death by his father, Wesley Blaylock: mother, Mary Joyce Dysart: granddaughter, Danielle Nicole Blaylock:

He is survived by his wife, Ethlene Blaylock: son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Jessica Blaylock, daughters and sons-in-law, Stacy and Nicholas Mantooth, Tracy Blaylock and Tony Griggs, Viola Hall: stepdaughter and son in law Jennifer and Bryan Gibson: stepson Lee Harrison Blaylock: sisters and brother in law, Janelle and Pete Henderson, Donna Blaylock: brothers Tony and Randy Blaylock: grandchildren, Tristan Timms, Cindy Blaylock, Enzo Mantooth, Hailey Blaylock, and Katelyn Jones.

He was loved and will be missed. At his request, he will be cremated and no service at this time.
