Jeannette Sitton Obituary

Mrs. Juanita Jeannette Cowart Sitton, age 90, of Chatsworth, passed away Sunday, July 11, 2021, at her residence surrounded by her loving family.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Roy Sitton: daughter, Juanita Sitton Bearden: sons, John Anthony (Tony), and Benny Sitton: great-grandson Jayden Avery Sitton.

Survivors include sons and daughters in law, Lloyd and Deborah Sitton, Bradley and Betty Sitton, Nancy Davis Sitton: sister and brother in law, Shirley Cowart and William Russell: sister in law, Thelma Sitton: 11 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, 6 step-great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren and 1 step-great great-grandchild: several nieces and nephews and cousins also survive.

The funeral service for Mrs. Sitton will be Wednesday, July 14, 2021, at 2 pm, at Holly Creek Baptist Church, with Rev. Danny Cochran officiating. Interment will be in the Holly Creek Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, July 13, 2021, from 4 pm to 8 pm.
