Janet Beth Lake, known to most people as “Kitten “age 54, of Lafayette GA, passed away February 18, 2023, surrounded by her loving family.
She is preceded in death by her parents, David L. Sr. and Karen Owens.
Kitten is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Tiffany Owens and Caleb Crawford of Tunel Hill GA, grandchildren, Kayden Kirkland, Gabriel Owens, and Hudon Hasty all of Tunnel Hill GA, and several other adopted grandchildren; brother and sister-in-law, David Jr. and Teresa Owens of Crandall; sister, Donnie, and Candus Robison; brother, Landon Owens both of Chatsworth GA; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins also survive.
A celebration of life to honor the life of Janet Beth Lake will be 7 pm on Wednesday, February 22, 2023, in the chapel of Shawn Chapman Funeral Home with pastor David Owens Jr. officiating.
The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, February 22, 2023, from 5 pm to 7 pm.
