Ms. Jacquelyn Davina Jones, age 57, of Chatsworth, passed away on Saturday, March 2, 2024, in Advent Health Murray.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Mary Ann and James Lewis Chadwick.
She is survived by her children, Megan Burk and Jimmy Maggi: grandchildren, Kailynn Burk, Skyla (Emmett} Jones, Phoenix Maggi and Leigha Miller: sister, Deborah(Ronnie) Clay: sisters in law, Bonnie Jones and Regina Thomas: brothers in law, David Jones and Eric Jones: father of her children, Bruce Jones: Several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends also survive.
A visitation to honor the life of Jacquelyn Jones will be Wednesday,March 6, 2024, from 2 until 4 PM at Shawn Chapman Funeral Home.
