Jack Daniel Kirk, age 64, passed away on March 19, 2021, at Hamilton Medical Center.

Jack is preceded in death by his father, Jack A Kirk: grandparents, George and Dissie Dillard, Chessley and Addie Kirk.

He is survived by his sons, Jason Kirk and Dusty (Marchel) Davis: mother, Ruth Kirk: sisters Bobbiena ( Richard) Carr, Martha Croy: grandsons, Coleman Daniel Kirk, Ethan, and Eli Davis: several nieces and nephews also survive,

A memorial service will be Wednesday, March 24, 2021, at 2 pm in the chapel of Shawn Chapman Funeral Home with Pastor John Hicks officiating.

The family will receive friends from 12 pm to 2 pm on Wednesday, March 24, 2021, at the funeral home.
