Glenda Sue Sells went to be with the Lord on July 28, 2026.

She is preceded in death by her husbands Charles Bailey and James Verl Hensley; parents John and Mary Carr; and 4 siblings.

She is survived by her 4 children, Charles(Archelle) Bailey, Shawn(Valerie) Bailey, Jamie(Nickie) Bailey, and Alicia(Chad) Mabel; sister Michelle Follow; grandchildren Josh Clark, Justin Bailey, Ashley Dyer, Greg Dyer, Jacob Born, Savannah Welch, Melydia Stevens, Brady Bailey, Hailey, Cheyenne, and Gavin; great grandchildren Baker, Tuff, Rylieigh, Anna, Ezekiel, Oakleigh, Tripp, Savvy, and Zaylen.

Josh Clark, Justin Bailey, Jacob Born, Chad Mabel, Bryan Kerr, and Garrett Welch will be acting as pallbearers.

A service to honor the life of Glenda Sue Sells will  be held on Saturday August 1, 2026 at 1pm at Amazing Grace Baptist Church with Andrew Bowen officiating. The family will receive friends on July 31, 2026 from 5pm to 8pm at Shawn Chapman Funeral Home. Interment will be at Amazing Grace Baptist Church cemetery.
