George Mathew Beene Jr., age 79, of Chatsworth, went home to be with the Lord, on Friday, February 2, 2024, at his residence surrounded by his loving family.
He is preceded in death by his parents George Sr. and Dollie Beene; brothers Donnie and Ed Beene; sister, Martha Ledford.
He is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Jo Anna Beene; daughter and son-in-law, Dollie and Eddie Pritchett; grandsons, Tyler and Tate Higgins, Derek (Ashleigh) Pritchett, Jacob (Kyser) Pritchett; great-grandchildren Kash and Krew Pritchett, Kierston Brown and Landry Owenby; sister and brother-in-law, Wanda and Charlie Harrison, brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Moris and Kathy Gowin.
A visitation to celebrate the life of George Mathew Beene Jr. Will be on Sunday, February 4, 2024, from 4 pm. to 7 pm. at the funeral home.
