Frances Marlene Osborne, age 82, passed away on March 30, 2020, surrounded by her loving family.

Mrs. Osborne is preceded in death by her husband, Bud Osborne: daughter, Mary Stewart: sons, Joey Warmack, and Tony Warmack: parents, Bill and Sibyl Henderson: brother, Eddie Henderson.
She is survived by her son and daughter in law, Guy Sr. and Cindy Warmack: daughter in law, Debbie Warmack: grandsons, Guy Jr. and Mary Beth Warmack, Sherman Warmack Joey Warmack and Samuel Stewart, a great-grandson, Tyler Warmack: sister and brother in law Billie and J.W. Bright: sister in law Krista Henderson: special niece and caregiver Missy Crumbly: special friend, Tami Moore Postelle.

She will be laid to rest by her husband, at the Chattanooga National Cemetery.
