Frances Mullins Obituary

Frances M. Mullins, age 80, passed away May 12, 2021, at Hamilton Medical Center.

Frances is preceded in death by her husband Marvin E. Mullins: parents, Ernest and Jessalene Starcher: brothers, Ervin and Franklin Starcher.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Jamaica Mullins: daughter and son-in-law Patty and Alan Pickard: grandchildren, Cherish Mullins, Navar and Heather Pickard, Clayvin Pickard, Cade and Ngahana Pickard, Patton Pickard, Seth Hernandez, and Marisa Hernandez: great-grandchildren, Brayden, Adalyn and León Pickard: sister Elizabeth Dunn: special companion, "Buffy" ( her beloved dog).

A memorial service to honor Frances Mullins's life will be Monday, May 17, 2021, at 4 pm in the chapel of Shawn Chapman Funeral Home with Alan Pickard officiating. The family will be receiving friends from 2 pm to 4 pm at the funeral home.
