Ellene B. Hall, age 98, of Dalton, passed away Saturday, February 10, 2024, at her residence surrounded by her loved ones.

She was preceded in death by her husband Cecil Hall; parents, Bert and Stella Bigham, brother and sister-in-law, Amos and Lela Bigham; special friend and aunt, Martha Sue Ridley; special cousin, Judy Lusk.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, David and Pat Hall; granddaughter and grandson-in-law, Christy and Eric Walker; granddaughter, Delyn Lusk; great-grandchildren, Blakely and Hudson Lusk; sister-in-law, Lillian (Kat) Johns; special family members, Iva, Henrietta, Greg and Pat, Richard and Sonya, and Sydney Planzer; Many nieces, nephews, and special loved ones; and her cat “Charlie.”
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Dalton Lions Club.

A service to honor the life of Ellene Hall will be at 2 pm Tuesday, February 13, 2024, in the chapel of Shawn Chapman Funeral Home, with Rev. David King and Rev. Derry Kittle officiating. The interment will be in the Varnell Cemetery. 
The Family will be receiving friends at the funeral home on Monday, February 12, 2024, from 5 pm to 8 pm.
