He is preceded in death by his wife Doris Jenkins; parents Willard and Eula-May Welch; brothers Macky, Earnest, and Jimmy Welch; and sister Evelee Brock.
He is survived by his daughter Cindy Welch; granddaughters Ashley Miller and Mckenzie West; nieces Angie Dykes and Tina Gallman; and nephew Bruce Welch.
A service to honor the life of Earl Welch will be held Thursday January 22, 2026 at 12:30 pm in the chapel of Shawn Chapman Funeral Home.
