Dwayne Eugene Bray, age 59, of Crandall GA, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, February 4, 2023, surrounded by his loving family. 

Dwayne's priority in life was studying and charting the word of God. 

He is preceded in death by his father, Jack Bray, and nephew, Randy Bray.

He is survived by his loving wife, Darlene Bray of Crandall, sons and daughter-in-law, Johnathan and Abigail Bray of Winfield PA, Dillon Bray and fiancée, Mary Peden of Crandall; mother, Martha Bray of Ellijay; grandchildren, Nickolas, Hannah, and Elaina Bray of Winfield PA; brother and sister in law, Dean and Christy Bray of Savannah GA, Darren and Deborah Bray of Marietta GA; nephews, Jason Bray of Hobe Sound FL. Joshua Bray of Marietta GA, and  Jacob Bray of  Marietta GA; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, brothers-in-law, and sisters-in-law also survive. 

A service to honor the life of Dwayne Bray will be 1 pm Wednesday, February 8, 2023, in the Chapel of Shawn Chapman Funeral Home with Pastor Carson Scarbrough officiating. The interment will be in the Calvary Baptist Church Cemetery. 

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, February 7, 2023, from 5 pm to 8 pm.
