Doug Banks Obituary
Doug Banks, age 57, of Chatsworth, went home to be with the Lord, on Wednesday, November 8, 2023, surrounded by his loving family and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Gene and Genner Banks, and brother, Allen Banks.
He is survived by his loving wife, Mistie Woodard Banks, sons, Alex and Morgan Banks all of Chatsworth; brother and sister-in-law, Tony and Sonya Banks; mother and father-in-law, Joan and R.B. Woodard; aunt, Minnie Jackson Ramey; several nieces, nephews, and cousins also survive.
A service to honor the life of Doug Banks will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, November 11, 2023, in the chapel of Shawn Chapman Funeral Home with Rev. Shane Williams officiating. The interment will be in Murray Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, November 11, 2023, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
