On October 24, 2023, Mr. Donald Reed, 82 of Chatsworth received his wings joining once again with his parents George and Grace Reed, brother Marion Reed, and Brother-In-Law Earl Hogan.
Mr Reed was a United States Army Veteran and graduated from Murray County High School.
Survived by Daughter Stacy Tankersley (Andy Dotson) of Chatsworth. Grandson Rylan Tankersley of Chatsworth. Sister Linda Hogan of Eton. Brothers and Sister-In-Laws Doug and Linda Reed, Jack and Ann Reed, Barron, and Denise Reed, and Yvonne Reed all of Chatsworth. Extended family Damien Hunter of Tunnel Hill, Vickie and Will Hunter of Chatsworth. Janet and Sheena Battles of Chatsworth. Many many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great-nieces, great-great-nephews,great-great-great nieces,great-great-great-nephews, and many cousins and Companion Edna Gordon of Dalton also survive.

A service to honor the life of Mr. Donald Reed will be 2 p.m. Friday, October 10/27/2023 in the chapel of Shawn Chapman Funeral Home with Rev. Tony Patterson officiating, with Military Honors. The interment will be in the Reed Family Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends on Thursday, October 26, 2023, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.
