Diane (Hooker) Rice Obituary
Mrs. Eddne Diane Rice, age 62, of Dalton, passed away on Sunday, March 24, 2024 at her residence.
She is preceded in death by her husband, John Mark Rice: parents, James and Florine Hooker, grandparents, Oscar and Fannie Hooker and Annie Alder McCollom.
She is survived by one brother James (Junaly) Hooker of Dalton: stepdaughter, Ashley Rice Mears of Calhoun: niece, Bethany Hooker(Thomas) Zanudo: aunt and uncle, Darlene and Glen Thomas: Several cousins also survive.
A memorial service to honor the life of Diane Hooker Rice will be 12 pm April 20, 2024, in the chapel of Shawn Chapman Funeral Home with Rev. Billy Willis officiating The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home from 10 am to 12 pm.
