Danny Ray Long Obituary
Danny Ray Long, age 57, of Dalton, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, July 17, 2024.
He is preceded in death by D.L. and Louvinie, sisters: Linda Faye Morrison: Sue Sundman, and Brother Jackie Long.
He is survived by his loving wife of 41 years, Rosemary Long: children and spouses, Julia Kile, Daniel Long (Katie Dillard), Kieth Long (Jodie) , Fatty (Karly) Long, and Tonya Long: grandchildren: Buddy Morris, Katie Kile, Lilith Kile, Tatum Kile, Londyn Kile, Riley Long, William Long, Gary Long, Tommy Long, Leah Long, Emma Long, Alexis Long, Hayden Long, Hunter Long, Great-grandchildren, Dean Long, Carson and Jace Conner: brothers, Larry, Jimmy, and Terry Long.
In place of flowers, donations can be made toward his final expenses.
A service to celebrate the life of Danny Ray Long will be 6 pm, Tuesday, July 23, 2024, in the chapel of Shawn Chapman Funeral Home with Mark Dupree officiating. The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, July 23,2024, from 3 pm to 6 pm.
