He is preceded in death by his father W.T. Mangum; mother Virginia J. Mangum; and brothers Tony, Troy, and Tracy Mangum.
He is survived by his brother Russel Mangum and Jerilou Albertson; several nieces and nephews; and many friends at the Elks Lodge.
There will be services at a later date.
