Daniel Lee Gibson, age 11, went home to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, on Wednesday, May 11, 2022, surrounded by his loving family, Daniel touched the lives of many people, he had a precious soul.

He is preceded in death by his brother, Mark Gibson Jr; niece, Marlie Clark.

He is survived by his parents Mark and Krista Gibson, Christel Gibson, and Stewart Pierson; brother, Christopher Gibson; sisters, Brittney Clark, Stacy Shaw, and Allison Crider; step-brother Dustin Stewart; grandparents, Waymond and Martha Gibson, Netty and Daniel Thomas, David Maxwell; several aunts uncles, cousins also survive.

The service to celebrate the life of Daniel Lee Gibson will be Monday, May 16, 2022, at 2 pm in the chapel of Shawn Chapman Funeral Home with Rev. Jimmy Black and Dwayne Payne officiating. The interment will be in the Haven of Rest Cemetery 3736 Red Bud Road NE Calhoun GA. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, May 15, 2022, from 5 pm to 9 pm.
