Charlotte Horn Tankersley. age 68, of Dawnville, passed away peacefully on March 6, 2023, at Advent-Heath Gordon.
She spent her life working in carpet mills and retired from Mohawk in 2010. She was a member of Lakeview Baptist Church in Chatsworth.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Lloyd Tankersley; her parents, Chester, and Larue Horn; her brothers-in-law, Theo Johnson, Bruce Wilson, and Billy Roy Hagin.
Charlotte is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Jeremy and Mistii Tankersley; daughter, Amanda Bedolla; grandchildren that she and her husband raised, Maria and Austin Bedolla and Aden Otero; Jeremiah Tankersley that is due in July 2023; sisters and brothers-in-law, Charleen and Benson Bledsoe of Chatsworth, Sharon and Larry Hankins; sister Darleen Wilson all of Dalton; mother in law, Hazel Tankersley Smith; sisters in law and brothers in law, Charles and Joyce Tankersley, James and Frances Tankersley, Annette Hagin, and Deborah Johnson all of Chatsworth, Eddie and Robbin Tankersley of Cohutta; special friends, Will Dee Cheatem and Martha Williams.
Charlotte's wishes are to be remembered as the Christian woman that she was in life.
